FIRST HOMES
Looking to own your own home but struggling to afford it?
THE FIRST HOMES SCHEME
The scheme which is backed by the government, could be the solution've been looking for. With a minimum of 30% off the cost of your new Astrum Home, you could finally get on the property ladder. To qualify, you must:

be a first-time buyer

have a household income of less than £80K (£90K in London)

and, the home must cost less than £250 (£420K in London) after the discount.
Please note that this scheme is only available on selected developments in line with local planning.
Some councils may give priority to essential workers or to those people already living in the local area (the relevant local authority defines the eligibility of buyers and some buyers may be exempt).
As the First Homes scheme has been designed to help local first time buyers and key workers onto the property ladder the discount on the property will apply to the homes forever, meaning that generations of new buyers and the local community will continue to benefit each time the house is sold.
ASSISTED MOVE
Our Assisted Move scheme can help you sell your home quickly, whilst allowing you to provisionally reserve a property and get moving!
Moving house can be a stressful experience, but with our assisted move scheme, we will keep in contact with your selling agent the whole way, to ensure your move is managed from beginning to end.

Our recommended agent will work with you to agree a valuation and marketing strategy for your home.
You pay a holding deposit on your new home and provisionally reserve.

Once the legal process is complete, you can move into your beautiful new home!
When you find a buyer for your home, we will formally reserve the property (your holding deposit will become a reservation deposit).

Things to note... If a suitable buyer is not found within the agreed reservation period, we will discuss with you whether we will extend this, or end the reservation and return your deposit.
